Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist with 2–3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue growth through proactive outreach and excellent customer relationship management.. Key Responsibilities: Engage with inbound and outbound leads through calls, emails, and other digital channels Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions Generate qualified leads and set up meetings/demos for the field sales team Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate customer and prospect information Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies Follow up on marketing campaigns and events to generate new leads Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, tele-sales, or business development Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) Ability to work independently as well as part of a team High level of motivation and a results-driven mindset Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling SaaS products, IT services, or technical solutions Understanding of the sales cycle and lead nurturing processes Familiarity with sales tools and outreach platforms.
