About the Role

Inside Sales Executive (D2C)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer inquiries from website, WhatsApp, social media, and marketplaces
Make outbound calls to convert leads and follow up on abandoned carts, COD confirmations, and repeat purchases
Upsell and cross-sell relevant products to increase order value
Maintain accurate customer and order records in CRM / Excel
Support online campaigns, offers, and flash sales
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business

Required Skills & Qualifications

0–5 years of experience in inside sales, tele sales, or D2C sales
Strong communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp selling, and follow-ups
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
Customer-first mindset with problem-solving skills
Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience in pet care, FMCG, lifestyle, or consumer brands
