Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Convert qualified inbound leads into paid enrollments through consultative sales calls.
  • Understand customer goals and recommend suitable programs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from first interaction to closure.
  • Conduct sales conversations via calls, video calls, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with marketing and pre-sales teams for smooth lead handover.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Handle objections professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Minimum

    3+ years

    experience in

    consultative / inside sales

  • Background in

    EdTech, B2C education, career counseling, or customer success

    preferred
  • Excellent spoken and written English

    communication skills
  • Comfortable with

    sales calls, video calls, email, and chat

  • Hands-on experience with

    CRM tools

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
  • Target-driven

    and result-oriented mindset
  • Strong

    objection handling and closing skills
