Job Description

As a Sales Development Manager in the Banca Channel, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners to drive sales of life insurance products. You will manage sales targets, develop business opportunities, and ensure high customer satisfaction through effective collaboration with bank staff.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain a strong relationship with bank branch staff to promote life insurance products.
Achieve assigned sales targets through bank branch walk-ins, referrals, and leads provided by the bank.
Train and motivate bank staff on products, processes, and sales techniques.
Drive sales campaigns and ensure maximum participation of branch staff.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through service excellence.
Generate new business opportunities by understanding customer needs and offering suitable solutions.
Ensure adherence to compliance, operational, and regulatory guidelines of both the company and the partner bank.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Good communication and presentation abilities.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of insurance products (preferred but not mandatory).

Eligibility Criteria

Education:
Graduate in any discipline (Postgraduate preferred).
Experience:
1-5 years in sales, preferably in banking, financial services, or insurance.
