We are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our admissions & sales efforts and drive revenue growth.

Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will manage the sales pipeline, lead a team of telecallers, and implement strategies to maximize student enrollments. You will work closely with marketing, admissions, and leadership teams to achieve growth targets.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and mentor a team of tele callers and sales executives

 Drive lead conversion through strategic follow-ups and counseling support

 Develop and implement sales processes, scripts, and performance metrics

 Collaborate with marketing on lead generation campaigns and feedback loops

 Track pipeline, generate reports, and present performance insights to leadership

 Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling programs

 Ensure high-quality student experience and seamless enrollment process

A Day in the Life at WorkBuds

Morning: Review team performance, set daily targets, and assign leads

Midday: Coach tele callers, assist with complex leads, and monitor conversions

Afternoon: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and optimize processes

Evening: Meet with leadership to review performance and strategize next steps

What We’re Looking For

 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, B2C/B2B EdTech, or related sectors

 Strong team management and leadership skills

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities

 Target-driven, analytical, and problem-solving mindset

 Passion for education and student success
