Review and improve existing processes to make them faster and more efficient. Help teams with the CRM system — ensuring data accuracy and smooth performance. Support in preparing CRM-based reports for management. Develop and follow IT policies for data safety and system security. Test and maintain new tools or systems before launch. Guide and train employees on using new systems or updates. Stay updated with new technologies to support company growth. What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. 2–5 years of experience as an IT Analyst, System Support, or similar role. Knowledge of CRM, database management, and basic networking. Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills. A proactive approach with attention to detail and data security.
