We’re looking for an Inside Sales Manager for US region with proven experience in leading a team of inside sales personnel driving tele sales in the respective geographies. You will also create a competitive strategy and be responsible for achieving revenue targets.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales plan and strategies, find opportunities to develop business by identifying potential customers in US.
  • Handling pre-sales, sales, and Post sales activities
  • Making competitive strategy as well as tailoring the product as per the market or the client company's requirement
  • Generating sales leads through execution of aggressive calling efforts, email campaigns, use of social media etc.
  • Responsible for regularly achieving revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
  • Maintain and strengthen a large portfolio of clients
  • Coaching and empowering the team members to enhance sales/product knowledge and reach revenue targets


Requirements:

  • Any Graduation/Post Graduation Degree
  • Minimum 4 years of sales experience
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to work with remote on ground team and support them with leads
  • Go getter and self-driven with ability to create business in whitespace
  • Excellent Written & Verbal Communication skills to communicate with customers across the globe
  • Proven experience to communicate seamlessly with customers in Europe and MEA
  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills
