· Manage a team of Sales Representatives to drive monthly targets
· Source new sales opportunities through inbound leads and outbound sources
. Engage with Marketing for continuous feedback to better digital presence and lead generation
· Ensure tracking and adherence of team's daily Input Metrics/KPIs
· Work with Sales ops to ensure improved top of the funnel generation and sales processes
· Design and improve the sales pitch with distinguished USPs
· Strategize to strengthen the funnel to retention
· Work with Product/CS teams to enhance client experience
. Initiatives to improve the overall acquisition journey
● Min 5yrs experience in Inside Sales including 2yrs+ in team management
● Proficient with CRM tools like Salesforce and calling solutions
● Ability to analyze data to derive actionable insights
● Engage with multiple stakeholders to drive changes for SME clients
