Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Mentor/Instructor to lead the Full Stack Development (MERN + Python) track on AI model. This role is ideal for professionals from MAANG or equivalent companies who are eager to share their expertise, mentor high-potential students, and contribute to building India’s most ambitious tech education platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality live sessions or curated recorded content on:
• Full Stack Development with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js
• Python programming and object-oriented design
• Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), asynchronous programming, DOM manipulation
• Front-end architecture, debugging, and scalable coding practices
• Hands on experience using emerging technology and AI tools
• Conduct capstone project reviews, career mentorship, mock interviews, and Q&A sessions
• Design and evaluate real-world, MAANG-style projects for student portfolios
• Mentor students in writing clean, scalable, and production-ready code
• Share insights on software engineering best practices and industry standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Software Engineer / SDE II / Tech Lead at MAANG or top-tier companies (e.g., Microsoft, Uber, Atlassian, Airbnb)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in full stack development using MERN and Python
• Strong GitHub presence, teaching portfolio, or open-source contributions
• Prior mentoring or teaching experience in top edtech forums.
• Strong communication and technical presentation skills
• A genuine passion for teaching, mentoring, and building the next generation of tech talent
