• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of inside sales executives to deliver consistent revenue growth.
• Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to acquire and retain B2B clients.
• Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to closing — using CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Track, analyze, and report sales performance metrics (lead conversion, pipeline health, revenue targets).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, messaging, and lead nurturing strategies.
• Oversee key account relationships, complex negotiations, and escalations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 4–6 years of proven sales experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or team lead role.
• Demonstrated success in IT services, SaaS, or technology sales.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools (HubSpot, Salesforce).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in global B2B markets (US, UK, Australia, EU).
• Exposure to remote team management and digital sales enablement tools.
• Understanding of consultative sales and solution-based selling.
