Reporting to: Marketing Manager, Ignite. Were looking to hire a Full Stack Developer to join our in-house marketing team. You’ll be the driving force bringing our designs and digital strategies to life, building and maintaining clean, high-performing websites from front-end styling and UX/UI improvements to back-end integrations and automation. You’ll work closely with the marketing manager and senior leadership to bring ideas to life. What we’re looking for: 3-5 years of professional experience as a full stack designer and web developer. Proficiency in WordPress theme and plugin development. Strong understanding of web performance, SEO and accessibility standards. Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with non-technical team members. Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Confident speaking up to and working alongside senior members of the team, asking for clarification and help, and putting forward ideas. Excellent written and spoken English. Responsibilities Greet walk-in customers and provide a welcoming, professional first impression. Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable fitness equipment. Demonstrate features and benefits of machines in the showroom. Call and follow up with potential customers, maintaining regular contact to convert leads. Maintain records of inquiries, showroom visits, and follow-ups. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience.
