Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and motivated Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to oversee sales operations in a designated region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, managing existing accounts, driving revenue growth, and building strong customer relationships in the fitness and wellness industry. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet targets Build and maintain strong relationships with gyms, hotels, architects, and institutional buyers Generate new leads through cold calls, field visits, and referrals Collaborate with marketing to execute regional campaigns and activations Deliver product presentations and coordinate demos with potential clients Stay updated on product features and market trends Provide accurate sales forecasts and market feedback to senior management Ensure smooth coordination with service and operations teams for after-sales support Requirements4–6 years of proven experience in B2B Sales (fitness equipment, healthcare, or capital goods preferred) Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) Why Join Ignite Life?Work with globally recognized fitness brands Opportunity to grow within a fast-expanding organization Be part of India’s transformation in the fitness and wellness industry
