Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Front Desk Executive for our Bangalore showroom. This role is the first touchpoint for customers visiting the showroom and plays a vital part in showcasing our equipment. The ideal candidate will not only manage reception duties but also actively engage with walk-in clients, give product demonstrations, and follow up with potential customers to drive sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Greet walk-in customers and provide a welcoming, professional first impression.
• Understand customer requirements and guide them to suitable fitness equipment.
• Demonstrate features and benefits of machines in the showroom.
• Call and follow up with potential customers, maintaining regular contact to convert leads.
• Maintain records of inquiries, showroom visits, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer experience.
• Manage daily showroom activities, including appointment scheduling and client interactions.
• Maintain the showroom’s professional appearance in line with Ignite Life’s premium brand standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Sales, Hospitality, or Administration background preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in customer service, showroom sales, or front desk roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Hindi, and local language proficiency preferred).
• Confident in giving live product demonstrations (training will be provided).
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Energetic, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
• Ability to multitask and manage client interactions with professionalism.
