Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Store Manager located at our manufacturing unit in Bengaluru. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing all store and inventory management activities within the production facility. This includes managing raw materials, finished goods, and packaging supplies, ensuring accurate stock control, and coordinating with the production and dispatch teams for timely delivery of customer orders. The role also involves maintaining proper documentation, optimizing space utilization, implementing inventory management systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and company policies. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day store operations within the manufacturing unit. Manage inventory of raw materials, finished goods, and packaging materials. Ensure accurate stock records, including receipts, issues, and returns. Coordinate with the production, procurement, and dispatch teams for smooth workflow. Implement and maintain inventory control systems to minimize wastage and ensure traceability. Supervise and guide store staff and material handlers to maintain efficiency and safety. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Maintain proper documentation related to material movement, inward/outward registers, and ERP entries. Ensure adherence to company standards, safety protocols, and operational procedures. Support management in optimizing store layout, improving material flow, and controlling costs. Qualifications and Skills Proven experience in store management or inventory control, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging industry. Strong understanding of material handling, warehousing, and logistics. Excellent organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, or inventory management software. Good communication and coordination abilities across departments. Knowledge of packaging materials, wooden boxes, and corrugated box manufacturing processes is an advantage. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
