Job Summary

Loom Solar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Store Manager to lead our solar retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing day-to-day store operations. This role is pivotal in promoting clean energy solutions and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Loom Solar retail store
Drive sales of solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related products
Manage inventory, stock levels, and vendor coordination
Train, supervise, and motivate store staff
Ensure high standards of customer service and product knowledge
Execute promotional campaigns and local marketing initiatives
Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with company policies
Prepare sales reports and performance metrics for management review

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline; MBA preferred
37 years of experience in retail/store management (solar or electronics preferred)
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Proven track record in achieving sales targets
Familiarity with solar products and customer engagement strategies
Proficient in MS Office and retail POS systems and Tally
