Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside sales Manager to drive growth and revenue for our real estate business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, excellent relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of generating new business opportunities in the real estate sector.     Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities using social medial platform. Manage and lead the inside sales team. Set and achieve sales targets. Support team in closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with property developers, investors, brokers, and corporate clients. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new avenues for growth. Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking events to generate leads. Negotiate and close high-value deals and partnerships. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
