Summary:

Responsibilities:

ü Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including outbound calling, and social media engagement. 

ü Motivate, train, and supervise telecallers, providing guidance and support to improve their performance. 

ü Interact with potential buyers, answer their questions, and build rapport to encourage them to schedule site visits or purchase properties. 

ü Monitor and analyze team performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to increase sales conversions. 

ü Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting in the excel. 

ü Provide regular reports on team performance, lead generation, and sales trends. 

ü Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to optimize efficiency. 

ü Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals. 

Qualifications:

ü Proven leadership experience in a telecalling or sales environment.

ü Strong understanding of real estate, particularly in the second home market.

ü Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

ü Ability to motivate and coach a team to achieve high performance.

ü Proficiency in Excel and data management tools.

ü Sales experience, particularly in luxury real estate or high-ticket items
