Role & responsibilities

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide continuous coaching, support, and development to ensure individual and team success.

Sales Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate the fintech market.
  • Identify key market opportunities and work with senior management to set realistic and achievable sales targets.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both existing and prospective clients in the fintech sector.
  • Understand client needs and challenges, tailoring solutions to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.

Business Development:

  • Proactively identify new business opportunities within the fintech industry.
  • Generate leads, engage with prospects, and lead negotiations to close deals and achieve revenue goals.

Market Research and Analysis:

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the fintech space.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging opportunities, ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor and track sales performance metrics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports and analysis to senior management, providing insights on performance and areas for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Should have experience in handling

    40 - 80 team size

  • Experience:

    5+ years of experience in sales leadership, swith a focus on the fintech industry(preferred).
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the fintech or software solutions space.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a sales team.
  • Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
  • In-depth understanding of the fintech market, emerging trends, and key industry players.
  • Strong business development skills with a history of generating leads and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software.
