Job Description

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets. Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching, and sales training sessions. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue from existing and new accounts. Monitor KPIs such as lead conversion, call rates, pipeline velocity, and customer retention. Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and orders. Process Improvement: Optimize CRM and sales processes to improve productivity and responsiveness. Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Reporting & Forecasting: Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of sales experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Strong understanding of inside sales techniques, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho), and ERP tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
