Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Delhi, India. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for generating sales through outbound calls, managing customer inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining records of calls and sales. The role also involves identifying customer needs, proposing appropriate solutions, and achieving sales targets. The Telesales Specialist will work closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Excellent Customer Service and Customer Support skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet targets
• Experience in Training, presenting, and educating clients
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
