Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, located in Vijayawada. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate products or services. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, closing sales, and meeting sales targets. The specialist will also handle customer support inquiries and provide training for product knowledge.
