If you have a passion for managing ecommerce platforms, client communication, and social media management, we'd love to hear from you! **Key Role Area (KRA's)** Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on various marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho etc Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, and imagery. Able to create/execute/run/optimize various ad campiagns on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho etc. Oversee social media management to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, design team) Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement. **Key Performance Indicators (KPI):** Handle client communication and relationship management with professionalism and empathy. Increasing customer satisfaction scores. Enhancing the visibility and ranking of product listings on ecommerce platforms. **Qualifications:** High level of integrity and trust. You’ll be responsible for generating new leads, managing inbound/outbound calls, closing deals, following up on payments, and building long-term customer relationships. If you’ve worked in E-commerce / Digital Marketing / D2C Services, this role will feel like home. Location: Remote (Work-from-Home) Experience Required: 4+ years Type: Full-time 🎯 Key Responsibilities (KRAs) Make outbound calls to prospective clients and convert leads into paid customers. Handle inbound calls and WhatsApp queries from interested prospects. Manage follow-ups, send proposals, and close deals independently. Maintain CRM / lead tracker with daily updates and notes. Follow up on payment collection and ensure client onboarding is smooth. Build rapport and maintain relationships with client for upselling & renewals. 📊 Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Daily/Weekly call volume & lead conversion ratio. No. of deals closed per month.
