**Key Role Area (KRA's)**


  • Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory management on various marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho etc
  • Optimize product listings for search visibility and conversion, including keyword research, product descriptions, and imagery.
  • Able to create/execute/run/optimize various ad campiagns on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Meesho etc.
  • Oversee social media management to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, design team)
  • Using Spreadsheets or Excel (pivot tables, vlookups etc) to stay organized and monitor changes in product sales and identify opportunities for improvement.


**Key Performance Indicators (KPI):**


  • Handle client communication and relationship management with professionalism and empathy.
  • Increasing customer satisfaction scores.
  • Enhancing the visibility and ranking of product listings on ecommerce platforms.


**Qualifications:**


  • High level of integrity and trust.
  • Proven experience (typically 3-5 years) in e-commerce.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
