Position Overview:

Tele Sales Specialist (Telecaller)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote Unacademy’s courses and services.
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about programs, fees, and admission processes.
• Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure conversions.
• Maintain and update customer databases (CRM).
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
• Coordinate with the on-ground counseling and marketing teams for smooth operations.
  

Requirements:

• Education:

  Minimum Graduation (any stream).

• Experience:

  6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service (preferably in the Education sector).

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English).

• Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude, target-oriented, and team player.
