Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven Tele Sales Specialist (Telecaller) to join our team at the Unacademy Kota Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents, providing detailed information about our courses, and helping them make informed enrollment decisions. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and parents to promote Unacademy’s courses and services. Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information about programs, fees, and admission processes. Follow up with leads through calls, messages, and emails to ensure conversions. Maintain and update customer databases (CRM). Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions. Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. Coordinate with the on-ground counseling and marketing teams for smooth operations. Requirements: Education: Minimum Graduation (any stream). Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, or Customer Service (preferably in the Education sector). Skills: Excellent communication and persuasion skills (Hindi & English). Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
