Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist located in Kochi. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote and sell our home and building automation solutions. Daily tasks include generating leads, providing product information, responding to customer inquiries, and closing sales. Additionally, the Telesales Specialist will work closely with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills
Excellent Communication and Sales abilities
Experience in training and mentoring new team members
Freshers can also apply
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Previous experience in telesales or a related field is a plus
