Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Specialist at our Delhi, India location. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, delivering excellent customer service, and responding to customer inquiries. The specialist will also work to generate sales, provide customer support, and participate in training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.

• Strong Communication skills
• Sales experience and ability to meet targets
• Experience in Training and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
