Telesales Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for motivated Telecaller Specialist to join our team and help source candidates for overseas candidate sourcing. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential candidates, explaining opportunities abroad, guiding them through the application process, and generating interest. This is a performance-driven role with excellent incentives for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective candidates across India to share information about overseas job opportunities.
• Respond to incoming inquiries from candidates via phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels.
• Explain job roles, eligibility criteria, salary, benefits, and relocation process clearly and convincingly.
• Assist candidates with the initial application process and document submission.
• Maintain accurate records of conversations, follow-ups, and candidate details in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead conversion targets.
• Provide excellent candidate experience to build trust and credibility.

Eligibility / Requirements:

• Minimum educational qualification: 12th pass or above.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Kannada/regional language is an added advantage).
• Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and Google Sheets/CRM.
• Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-ups efficiently.
• Motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
