Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for a Telesales Specialist. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective clients, explaining services and treatment options, and converting leads into customers. Key tasks include delivering excellent customer service, addressing queries, maintaining client records, and ensuring a high-quality experience. The role also involves collaborating with the sales and customer support teams to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and customer support skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and effective query resolution
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Sales and persuasive abilities to meet targets and manage lead conversions effectively
• Capability to train and support team members or clients, if required
• Basic knowledge of healthcare or interest in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools and telecommunication systems is advantageous
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
