• Manage the procurement process for raw materials, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Analyze and evaluate supplier performance, negotiating contracts and terms to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and maintain Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Process (BOP).
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and assess market trends.
• Implement and monitor CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions) to address procurement issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all purchasing activities.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other relevant data.
  

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 to 8 years of relevant work experience in procurement or purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of raw material sourcing, vendor development, and supply chain management.
• Proficiency in creating and managing Bills of Materials (BOM) and Bills of Process (BOP).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools related to procurement and supply chain management.
