  Minimum 5 years of experience in tele sales or inside sales, with at least 2 years in a team handling or leadership role. Experience in the education ecosystem (e.g., university admissions department or educational sales) is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

  Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Sales Strategy:

  Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and meet organizational goals.

• Sales Process Optimization:

  Continuously improve the sales process to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring that the team achieves KPIs.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and implement action plans to enhance productivity.

• Training & Development:

  Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the teams skills, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
