Job Summary: The IFP Area Sales Manager is responsible for driving sales and market growth of Insulated Formed Panels (IFPs) within an assigned geographic territory. This role involves managing relationships with key customers, developing new business opportunities, and executing strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including contractors, architects, distributors, and developers. Promote the features and benefits of IFP systems to targeted markets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Provide product presentations, technical support, and guidance during the project design and bidding phases. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and technical support. Market Development: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities or threats. Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote IFP products. Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation and promotional campaigns. Reporting & Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular forecasts, pipeline reports, and territory analysis. Use CRM tools to manage leads, contacts, and opportunities effectively. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry. Knowledge of Insulated Formed Panels or similar construction products is a strong advantage. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and travel extensively within the territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with school decision-makers (principals, procurement heads, IT coordinators). Conduct demos, presentations, and training sessions for educators.
