Sales Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals and monitor team performance.
• Provide training and ongoing coaching to improve team performance and product knowledge.
• Track individual and team KPIs and prepare performance reports for management.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on customer satisfaction and consistent achievement.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team meetings to review goals and provide feedback.
• Handle escalated customer issues and resolve complaints in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, market activity, and competitors.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to coach, mentor, and inspire a team to achieve high performance.
• Goal-oriented and highly motivated.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years in a sales leadership role.
