Job Description

We’re Hiring: Audio-Video Engineer (Field Service)

TONZO is looking for a reliable and technically skilled Audio-Video Engineer to support our clients through on-site service, installation, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-site diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of AV equipment

• Installation and configuration of Interactive Flat Panels, LED Video Walls, Digital Standees, etc.

• Resolve hardware and software service requests

• Provide client training, demonstrations, and after-sales support

• Maintain service reports and coordination with internal teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Knowledge of AV systems, connectivity, and installation practices

• Field service or technical support experience preferred

• Basic networking and IT troubleshooting abilities

• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

• Must own a two-wheeler for field visits

• Diploma/Graduate in Electronics, Electrical, IT, or related field
