Job Description

AV Engineer – Conference Room Solutions Key Responsibilities: Design end-to-end AV solutions for conference rooms, boardrooms, and collaboration spaces. Install, configure, and maintain AV equipment including displays, audio systems, microphones, cameras, video conferencing units, control systems, and cabling. Ensure seamless integration with communication platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meet, etc.). Conduct site surveys, prepare layout designs, and provide technical recommendations. Troubleshoot AV issues and provide real-time support during meetings or events. Collaborate with IT and admin teams to ensure optimal system performance and user experience. Maintain documentation of system diagrams, configurations, and maintenance logs. Requirements: Proven experience in setting up and maintaining AV systems in a professional setting. Strong understanding of video conferencing technologies and AV control systems Ability to read technical drawings and schematics. Familiarity with networking and IT infrastructure as it relates to AV systems. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and coordination abilities.
