🚀 Position: Internal Sales & Marketing Manager – TONZO (New Delhi)

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the internal telesales team to achieve conversion and revenue targets.
• Manage Delhi NCR promoters and strengthen dealer relationships for B2B & B2C growth.
• Build efficient sales processes, ensure CRM discipline, and generate actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Retail Sales, and Operations for smooth execution.
• Enhance brand presence through field activations, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years’ experience in telesales, inside sales, or marketing leadership.
• Strong knowledge of 

  CRM systems

   and 

  dealer network management

  .
• Proven ability to manage both remote and on-ground teams.
• Analytical, process-driven, and motivational leadership style.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
