As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in the testing and quality assurance of our software products to ensure they meet the required standards before release. Job Summary: We are looking for a diligent and analytical Quality Analyst to join the Offline Business Team at Amity University . The primary responsibility of this role is to audit sales and service calls , assess quality parameters, and ensure compliance with communication and process standards. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to develop core QA and communication analysis skills in a fast-paced business environment. Key Responsibilities: Listen to and audit recorded outbound and inbound calls made by the sales and counselling teams Evaluate calls against predefined quality checklists and communication standards Identify gaps in adherence to scripts, communication tone, product knowledge, and data accuracy Provide feedback reports to team leaders or managers for performance improvement Highlight recurring issues and suggest actionable insights for training interventions Maintain accurate and timely QA documentation and trackers Coordinate with the training team to support continuous improvement initiatives Stay updated with product and process changes to ensure relevant audit assessments Hands on Excel/Sheets/PPT/Quality dashboards Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in any discipline Excellent listening skills with attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi Ability to provide constructive feedback objectively Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools Eagerness to learn quality audit processes and sales communication dynamics Freshers are welcome; prior internship or exposure to call auditing/customer service is a plus Preferred Attributes: Analytical mindset with a customer-first approach Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently Proactive attitude towards identifying and reporting process improvement areas Familiarity with CRM or dialer tools (like Ameyo, Leadsquared) is a plus Why Join Amity?
