Role Overview

Sales Team Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Inside Sales team to meet revenue and business targets
• Design and implement strategies to maximise lead conversion and customer acquisition
• Analyse sales data and performance to drive continuous improvement
• Build and nurture relationships with key corporate clients and partners
• Ensure timely follow-ups and deal closures in the sales pipeline
• Train, mentor, and motivate team members to optimise productivity
• Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams for campaign development
• Handle client queries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Generate reports on key sales metrics and business insights
• Utilise CRM tools for tracking leads and customer interactions

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related fields
• Proven leadership experience in Inside Sales, preferably in Hospitality or Travel
• Strong command of CRM tools and sales performance analytics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to lead and inspire a high-performing sales team
• Consistent track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving work environment
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences
