Job Description

Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, addressing their concerns and providing accurate information. Handle customer calls, both inbound and outbound, ensuring queries are resolved and customer satisfaction is maintained. Provide assistance to customers through WhatsApp, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Manage and resolve customer queries, complaints, and escalations, ensuring a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions. Use Excel and other tools to generate reports and track performance metrics.
