About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to assist our Switzerland-based partner in the smart-fridge and catering ecosystem. In this role, you will support users through phone, chat, and email, ensuring a seamless experience with app usage, smart-fridge access, and order-related concerns.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer assistance in English and French across phone, email, and chat
• Support users with Smart Fridge access, technical troubleshooting, and app navigation
• Handle payment issues, refunds, and billing inquiries
• Address product or meal quality concerns and share details on stock availability and allergens
• Coordinate with internal teams including kitchen, delivery, and technical support
• Maintain clear and professional communication aligned with Swiss service standards
• Work in shift timings aligned with CET (Switzerland)

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in English and French (spoken and written)
• German is an added advantage, not mandatory
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer-handling skills
• Ability to remain calm, patient, and solution-focused
• Experience in customer support, hospitality, or food-tech is a plus
• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Intercom is preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
