Job Summary:
We're seeking a Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service. The ideal candidate will be a good communicator, empathetic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to reports, appointments, and services- Provide accurate information about our services and policies- Maintain patient records and update customer information- Meet customer satisfaction targets and performance metrics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any field- 0-1 years of experience in customer support or a similar role- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
