Job Title: Manager – Inside SalesDepartment: Sales Location: Mumbai, andheriCTC- 12lpa Experience Required: 8 – 12years (including team management experience) Reports To: Head – Sales / VP – Sales Job Summary:The Manager – Inside Sales will be responsible for leading and managing the Inside Sales team to ensure effective lead management, high-quality customer interactions, and target achievement. The role requires strategic oversight of campaigns, close collaboration with the marketing team, performance monitoring, and ongoing training to enhance productivity and revenue generation. Key Responsibilities:Lead Management: Oversee the movement and conversion of leads through the sales funnel with consistent follow-up and engagement.Team Supervision: Monitor daily activities, sales calls, and performance metrics of the Inside Sales team.Campaign Quality & Audits: Conduct audits and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure quality and relevance of campaigns.Marketing Coordination: Work closely with the marketing team for nurturing strategies and lead qualification.Productivity Tracking: Track output, individual performance, and ensure goal alignment across the team.Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate reports, perform data analysis, and provide insights to improve team efficiency.Training & Development: Provide regular training, onboarding, and product refreshers to upskill team members.Sales Strategy: Contribute to planning and execution of sales strategies, call scripts, and target segmentation. Desired Background & Skills:Proven experience in Inside Sales management, preferably in the IT Industry.Experience in selling Email Solutions, Messaging Solutions, Data Center Services, or Hosting Solutions is highly preferred.Strong communication skills – articulate, persuasive, and an active listener.Highly organized, data-driven, and performance-focused.Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.Proficient in using CRM tools for lead and database management.Comfortable working with target-based structures (Fixed + Variable).Minimum 1–2 years of team management experience within Inside Sales.Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to lead a dynamic sales team effectively.
