Role Overview:

Responsible for generating new sales opportunities for SAP or enterprise product through cold calling, data mining, professional emails, and market research. The position focuses on lead generation, engaging prospects, and supporting the sales pipeline in a dynamic product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify relevant leads by researching digital channels, databases, industry reports, and online portals.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective customers and send targeted sales emails to introduce products and solutions.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers; nurture leads until they are sales-ready.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales activity logs for all contacts and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing/business development to align campaign strategy and improve conversion.
  • Provide regular reports on lead status, call outcomes, and campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date on SAP/product features, licensing models, and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly qualified lead and engagement targets.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years’ experience in inside sales, lead generation, or product licensing sales.
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, sales outreach, and prospect engagement.
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written English), research, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, data mining, and email campaign platforms.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and self-motivation skills.
  • Ability to absorb new product information quickly and communicate benefits effectively.
