Finance Account Specialist

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Account Specialist located in Hyderabad. The Finance Account Specialist will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing payroll administration, and conducting various accounting tasks. The role also involves day to day operations, AP/AR etc.,

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements, Finance, and Accounting (atleast 4-5 years of experience)
• Experience in Software Development company is an added advantage.
• Strong experience working on Tally & Zoho books.
• Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data
• Experience with Payroll Administration
• Experience in PF, PT, ESI calculations
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial records
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in ERP systems and compliance management is a plus
