Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in India. The Human Resources Specialist will manage day-to-day HR tasks such as implementing and overseeing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and handling personnel management. Additional responsibilities will include conducting employee onboarding and exit processes, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• 2-4 Years (HR Specialist)
• 6-8 Years (Senior HR Specialist)
• Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
• Experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits management and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Maintain accurate HR records and databases.
• Assist in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR operations.
• Support statutory compliance, background checks, and HR MIS reporting.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, Indian labor laws, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience managing mid-sized teams or processes.
• Proficiency in HR analytics, audits, and employee development strategies.
