At FAE Bikes, you will be a key driver in building a motivated, high-performing team aligned with our company's mission:
End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Maintain HR databases, employee records, and attendance systems.
Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and training programs.
Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave data, and required documents.
Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.
Assist in developing HR policies, processes, and documentation.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and communication.
Manage exit processes including resignation acceptance, exit interviews, and final settlements.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Work closely with department heads to understand manpower needs and support HR operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role (1-2 years)
In-depth knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in HR software and systems
