Job Summary

The HR Manager will oversee and manage all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compliance, and policy implementation. The role ensures smooth HR operations and a productive work culture aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Staffing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Create and update Job Descriptions for all positions.
  • Ensure timely manpower supply as per production requirements.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Maintain positive relationships between management and employees.
  • Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
  • Plan employee engagement activities, events, and welfare programs.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover trends.

3. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Monitor employee performance, punctuality, and conduct.
  • Oversee payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts for monthly payroll.
  • Manage promotions, transfers, and probation confirmations.

4. Compliance & Legal

  • Ensure compliance with PF, ESIC, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages, Shops & Establishments Act, etc.
  • Maintain statutory records, registers, and audit documents.
  • Ensure safety and HR policy adherence within the plant.

5. Performance Management

  • Develop and implement annual performance appraisal process.
  • Support department managers in setting KPIs/KRAs.
  • Identify high-performing employees for rewards and appraisals.

6. Training & Development

  • Identify training needs across departments.
  • Organize internal/external training programs.
  • Maintain skill development records and training effectiveness reports.

7. HR Policy & Strategy

  • Develop, refine, and implement company HR policies.
  • Improve HR processes to increase efficiency and transparency.
  • Contribute to strategic HR planning aligned with organizational goals.

  • Knowledge of labor laws & statutory compliance
  • Leadership skills and team management
  • Good experience in manufacturing HR
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS & documentation

Qualification & Experience

  • Education:

    MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent
  • Experience:

    57 years (Manufacturing industry preferred)
  • Age:

    30–40 years
