Key Responsibilities

1. Invoicing & Accounts Receivable

• Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time.
• Track outstanding invoices and follow up for timely payments.
• Maintain customer accounts and update receipt entries in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams for invoice clarifications or approvals.

2. Payments & Accounts Payable

• Process vendor bills and ensure timely payments.
• Verify supporting documents and ensure accuracy before processing.
• Maintain payment schedules and coordinate with vendors for payment-related queries.

3. GST Compliance

• Prepare monthly GST workings and returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
• Reconcile GST input and output tax.
• Coordinate with consultants for filing and compliance.
• Ensure timely submission of all GST-related documentation.

4. TDS Compliance

• Deduct TDS as per applicable laws for vendor payments.
• Prepare TDS challans and ensure timely deposits.
• Maintain TDS records and coordinate for quarterly TDS returns (Form 26Q, 24Q).
• Issue TDS certificates to vendors.

5. General Finance & Reporting

• Maintain updated financial records and documentation.
• Assist in monthly closing activities.
• Prepare basic MIS reports related to receivables, payments, and tax compliance.
• Support internal and external audits as required.
