Finance Account Specialist

As a Senior Finance Executive, your role will involve overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance, and supporting strategic financial planning. Your expertise with Zoho Books and solid understanding of Indian financial regulations will be key in contributing to the financial stability and growth of the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS). - Handle GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and other statutory filings. - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and preparing monthly MIS reports. - Maintain financial records in Zoho Books, ensuring up-to-date and accurate data. - Liaise with auditors during internal and statutory audits. - Monitor cash flows, working capital requirements, and financial health indicators. - Support cross-functional teams with financial insights and process improvements. **Required Qualifications & Skills:** - Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field. - CA Inter or MBA in Finance is a plus. - 4-7 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance. - Hands-on experience with Zoho Books is mandatory. - Strong understanding of Indian taxation and regulatory compliance. - Proficient in MS Excel and financial reporting tools. - Excellent attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
