Role Description

The Finance Account Specialist is a full-time on-site position based in Chennai. The role entails preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing accounting operations, overseeing payroll administration, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to maintain financial records, facilitate audits, and support business objectives with insightful financial analysis. The role requires strong organizational skills and adherence to deadlines to ensure efficient financial and payroll management.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Statements preparation and accounting processes
• Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Solid understanding and experience in Finance and Accounting principles
• Experience in Payroll Administration processes and compliance
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in financial software and systems is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required
• Prior experience in jewellery retail or a similar industry is a plus
